Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC is concerned with the privacy of on-line communications. Generally, the Internet is no more or less secure than other communications media, including postal mail, facsimile or voice telephone services, all of which can be intercepted or otherwise compromised. As a matter of prudence, however, Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC urges its Subscribers to assume that all of their on-line communications are insecure. Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC cannot take any responsibility for the security of communications transmitted using Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC's networks, services or facilities. Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC will comply fully, however, with all applicable laws concerning the privacy of its Subscribers' on-line communications. Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC will not intentionally disclose to any outside entity or Third party, any private electronic mail messages sent or received by a Subscriber or any personal information about the Subscriber unless it is required to do so by law or unless Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC deems such disclosure is necessary to ensure the availability, usability and proper function of the networks, services or facilities used by Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC and its Subscribers or to assist a debt collections agency of Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC's choosing for the purpose of collecting a past due debt owed to Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC by the Subscriber. Third Capital Title of Northeast Ohio, LLC may, from time to time, be required to disclose information transmitted through its facilities in order to comply with court orders, statutes, regulations or governmental requests.
